| Abstract: | Multi traffic parallel ATM switch with bypass queues is presented in this paper, which will be suitable for both unicast and multicast. Its architecture is simple but the throughput is high. Moreover, a new algorithm for throughput of the switch is discussed in detail. Optimal design and performance analyses of the switch are given according to this algorithm. |
