| Abstract: | On the basis of analysing current model, the approach and their limitations used to pre-estimate time costs for program's executing, this paper presents a general model that estimates programs'executing time costs and gives an algorithm that predicts the time costs of conditional branch, loop and recursive procedure call in programs more accurately. |
