Abstract:The design of vertical catalyst activation furnace with computer fuzzy controllable temperature system is introduced. DCS construction is used in this system. The imitative block for collecting data with high precision, SDM857, is employed in the hardware design,which assures the high precision of the system. In the design of output control procedure, the fuzzy control technique is adopted, and the different control methods are used according to the different temperature range, which ensure that the system possesses a fine control character.
