| 摘 要： | 在CIMS企业集成理念思想指导下，提出煤炭企业基于战略联盟的企业集成理念．在详细分析战略联盟集成关系特点、信息需求和功能需求基础上，提出从关系视图、信息视图和过程视图的角度，对煤矿战略联盟进行建模的方法，揭示煤炭战略联盟关系的内涵．在战略联盟模型中提出反映成员企业之间关联关系的核心能力约束网络，有利于动态表示联盟关系．

| Abstract: | Facing a competitive world market and the dynamic requirement, the coal mine enterprise integration strategy and the Enterprise Strategic Alliance are proposed. The modeling method of the Enterprise Strategic Alliance is proposed which includes relationship view model, information view model and business process view model. Based on the expression of the cooperation between enterprises using the core competence, the core competence constraint relationship to express the cooperation is presented. The Core Competence Constraint Net (3Cnet) is presented and is used as the modeling method of the Enterprise Strategic Alliance. |
