| 摘 要： | 在系统运行速度快,实时性要求高的32位高端嵌入式应用系统中,如何利用可控的调试手段实现对芯片内部测试与监控一直是ARM调试技术的一个难点.目前基于JTAG协议的调试技术是目前ARM嵌入式系统开发中使用最广泛的一种调试技术.在对基于JTAG协议标准的调试原理作深入研究的基础上,通过GPIO口模拟实现了该协议,并在三星公司的一款ARM芯片S3C44B0X的嵌入式系统中实现了这种调试技术.

| Abstract: | In the 32-bit ARM embedded system,which is operating at a high speed and demands excellent real-time performance,how to realize the chip debugging by the limited methods is always a difficulty.Currently,The debug based on JTAG is the most popular technology in the highly running embeded ARM system.After discussing the JTAG debugging deeply,this paper provided a perfect JTAG debug method based on the GPIO ports,which is part of a ARM chip,and implemented this debugging technology. |
