| 摘 要： | 本文形式定义了一个通用时态数据模型，即时态实体－关系模型（ＴＥＲ模型）。在ＴＥＲ模型中，我们给出了类的一致性定义，特别是对关系类采用了有效的处理方法。此外，我们还建立了对应ＴＥＲ的代数系统。

| Abstract: | We formally define a general temporal data model, that is, the temporal entity relationship model, shorten as TER model. In TER model, we give a consistent definition for various classes, and propose an effective method to deal with relation class. Moreover, we establish the corresponding algebraic system. |
