| 摘 要： | 本文针对Internet环境下的动态联盟，分析并给出了以产品生产全生命周期管理为中心的企业内与企业间的项目管理的因素．面向企业联盟，提出了分布式网络化条件下利用电子手段进行e-项目管理的概念，给出了e-项目管理体系结构模型及功能．

| Abstract: | Aiming at the virtual enterprise based on Internet, this paper analyzes and presents the project management factors of intra-enterprise and inter-enterprise which focus on the whole life cycle of production. Facing the virtual enterprise, the authors put forward the concept of e- project management by using electronic means that under the distributed networked condition, and present the model and its function of e- project management architecture. |
