| 摘 要： | 本文研究在ＰＣ机Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ操作系统的平台上，如何建立一个基于ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ网络协议的支持视频、音频流的实时、双向传输和通用数据传输（如支持白板功能）的桌面视频会议系统。目前实现了ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ协议下的通信模块和ＶｉｄｅｏｆｏｒＷｉｎｄｏｗｓ标准的视频捕获与播放功能。对视频等实时数据在Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ上的传输策略与同步算法进行了研究，力图在带宽有限、数据包可能丢失和数据包顺序可能错误的情况下保持较高的视频、音频的同步和回放质量。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to establish a desktop videoconferencing system on Windows operating system, which supports audio/video full-duplex realtime transfer and other data exchange (i.e. the white-board) based on TCP/IP network protocol.We implement the TCP/IP communication module and Video For Windows audio/video capture/representation module in the system.We advance a realtime data transfer strategy and some video frame synchronous representation algorithms, in order to keep to the best audio/video representation quality under the circumstance of limited bandwidth, possibly data package losing and arriving in wrong order. |
