微机控制飞锯机的应用

本文介绍焊管生产线上带钢经成型机与高频焊接成焊管后，对其进行微机控制定尺飞锯切割。内容包括飞锯机的工作原理，工作时序，系统软件，误差分析，检查诊断程序，晶闸管直流可逆调速系统等几个主要功能模块。

COMPUTER CONTROLLED USE OF CUT-LENGTH FLYING CUT OFF SAW

It is presented in this paper that strip steel is formed into welded pipes with forming mills and by high freguency welding and then cut off with computer controlled cut-to -lenght flying saws in the welded pipe production line. Its content includes the flying saws working principles,operation time sequence ,system software tolerance analysis,check diagnosis program transistor D.C. reversible speed adjustment system and some other main function module.
