基于主动立体防御体系的智能电网安全模型

随着智能电网建设的推进，ISO7498—2、PPDR等现有安全模型不能很好地指导智能电网体系进行安全防护建设．提出一种新的适用于电网的基于主动立体防御体系的安全模型。该模型有三个维度：安全技术维、安全策略维和安全保障维。三个维度有效地将安全技术、安全策略和安全管理有机结合在一起，充分考虑人、技术、操作三个方面，相互补充、配合，形成一个完整、统一的体系，共同保障电网的安全。

Research on Similar Pattern Searching in Hydrological Time Series

The time series similarity pattern searching is applied to hydrological time series due to hydro logical data＇s huge capacity and complex in types. Uses DTW method to calculate the cumula tive distance matrix of hydrologic time series. Uses the shortest distance clustering to obtain the similar hydrological processes in different periods. It can effectively answer some questions fre quently asked by the flood control, such as which the historical period is similar with the cur rent hydrological process.
