摘 要: | SD卡是一种基于半导体闪存的新的存储介质,广泛地应用在便携式设备上。按照SD卡规范的描述,SD卡提供了两种通信协议:SD模式和SPI模式,驱动可以选择任意一种模式来实现。目前基于SPI的SD卡驱动研究还比较少.研究基于SPI总线模式的SD卡驱动软件设计并分析SD卡的初始化过程和读写过程。

Abstract: | SD card is a flash memory storage media based on new semiconductor, widely used in portable devices. Described in accordance with SD card specification, SD card provides two communica- tion protocols: SD mode and SPI mode, the driver can choose either mode to achieve. Current SPI-based SD card-driven research is still relatively small, on the basis of the SPI bus mode designs SD card driver software and analyses the initialization and read-write process of SD card. |
