基于状态重构理论的同步控制

摘    要:为了解决控制系统同步控制精度问题,提出了一种基于状态重构理论的系统同步控制方案。该方法将两个需要进行同步控制的执行机构,一个作为主系统,另一个视为其观测器。设置观测器的极点,计算观测器的反馈系数,搭建两系统的同步控制结构,则两个系统的同步过程就是作为观测器的系统渐近跟踪主系统输出的过程。仿真实验结果表明,该方法可以快速地实现系统的同步控制。将此方法应用于多液压执行器的同步控制,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:To solve the precision problem of synchronous controlled system,a synchronous control method based on state-reconstructed theory is proposed.Both of the executive implements that needed synchronous control,one is regarded as the main system,the other as its observation.Through setting the observation's poles,calculating the feedback coefficient,building up the synchronous structure of the two systems,the synchronous process of the two systems is the process that the observation system follows the main system gradually.Simulation experiment results show that this method can achieve the synchronous control rapidly. The same result has already gained in hydraulic systems.
