摘    要:在具有变频器供电的电动机调速控制系统中,由于变频器高速通-断开关作用所带来的电磁干扰问题,使得对感应电动机定子电流信号测量造成不良的影响,因此,针对变频器供电情况下电动机定子电流信号测量所表现出的复杂性和特殊性进行了理论探讨、研究及工程实验分析。在此基础上提出了减少测量电路干扰的有效方法,应用快速傅立叶变换分析法,实现了感应电动机运行状态下转子断条故障的在线检测。

Abstract:In a adjusting speed control system in inverter fed motor, the electromagnetic interference due to on-and-off switch inverter with high speed has a bad influence on the stator's current signal measurement of induction motor. The theory and engineering experimental analysis are applied on the complexity and particularity showed in the stator's current signal measurement in inverter fed motor. Based on this an effective method is given, which can reduce the measuring circuit interference. When the induction motor is running, the fault of rotor's broken bar is detected online, which makes use of FFT analysis.
