| Abstract: | The main trend architecture is intelligent building in 21 th century. In this paper, the several kinds of function of the intelligent building are analyzed, the home automation and system structure of intelligent residence are discussed, the merit and development tendency of intelligent building are pointed out, these can advance popular and development of intelligent building and intelligent residence. |
