Abstract:To analyze the characteristic of an overhead crane system,and to verify the stability of the controllers and test the performance of the control effect,an experiment testbed for a three dimensional(3D) overhead crane is designed and constructed according to the working principle of an overhead crane.The system consists of four components of mechanism,drivers,measurement sensors and control system,and it reliably reflects the dynamics and the operating process of a practical overhead crane.The control system...
