一体化钢铁生产计划系统的研究现状与展望

以钢铁企业生产的背景,叙述了一体化管理在企业管理中的地位,进而综述了钢铁生产工序管理和生产计划理论方法发展趋势,特别指出了生产计划是MES的核心功能,战略管理一体化,多工序一体化和生产计划综合集成方法是今后发展的主要趋势。一体化生产计划应用效果显著,但必须兼顾“目标,管理、技术”三方面问题,研究开发才有成效。

Status and Expectation of Research on Integrated Planning for Steel Production

Taking production of iron and steel enterprise as a background, the position of integrated management in the enterprise management is presented. Further more, the developing trend of steel production process management and production planning theory method are summarized. This production plan is the core function of MES. Also the synthetically integrated method for strategic and integrated management, integrated multi process as well as production planning is pointed out and it is major trend for current and future. The application effect of integrated production planning is noticeable. At the same time, paying attention to the three side problems of " target, management, technology " is necessary to achieve researching and developing effectively.
