水泥纯低温余热发电集散控制系统

摘    要:针对水泥纯低温余热发电系统工艺特点和控制要求,给出一套基于Profibus现场总线协议的水泥纯低温余热发电集散控制系统(DCS),并分析了系统的总体结构、任务分配和重要回路的控制方法。应用专家PID控制策略,实现锅炉水位在扰动幅度很大的情况下稳定控制。为使系统可靠运行,现场控制站采用双机热备方式。系统在某水泥余热电厂具体实施表明,该设计实现了全厂的集中管理和分散控制。在降低成本、简化维护及管理的同时,提高了系统的可靠性、稳定性和实时性,并在实际应用中取得了良好效果。

Abstract:According to the production process and the control requirement of pure low temperature waste heat power generation plant,a distributed control system based on profibus fieldbus technology is given.The whole structure,task assignment and important control loop are analyzed.The expert PID control strategy makes the boiler water level remain control under big dynamic perturbation.The dual hot-backup redundancy in local control station is designed.The application proves that the DCS realizes the centralized supervision and distributed control of the whole waste heat power generation plant,which reduces the invest cost and simplifies the maintenance.At the same time,it also improve the reliability,stability and real-time quality of the product line.It brings both economic benefit and society benefit.
