| 摘 要： | 在对酒钢生产指挥控制中心、经营决策支持中心、交易中心的生产管理模式进行分析的基础上,提出了酒钢制造执行系统的体系结构,论述了酒钢MES的系统功能及其功能架构的特点,并进一步对酒钢MES信息集成的接口设计进行了探讨。制造执行系统是连接酒钢集团公司上层企业资源计划系统与底层过程控制系统的桥梁,是在扁平化生产管理模式下,基于BPS/MES/PCS三级结构的钢铁企业综合自动化系统的关键,在钢铁企业信息集成中起着承上启下的重要作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the production management pattern of three centre in JISCO,architecture of manufacturing execution system(MES)is presented.Its unit functions and features of its function framework are described,and information integration interface of MES is designed.MES is the bridge that connects enterprise resource planning(ERP)to process control system(PCS)of JISCO.Under the flat style management pattern,MES is the key for computer integrated manufacturing system of iron and steel enterprise that is consisted of ERP/MES/PCS.It also plays an important role in information integration of iron and steel enterprise. |
