摘    要:钢球磨煤机中间储仓式制粉系统具有多变量强耦合、强非线性、工况变化大的特性,长期以来难以投入自动控制,因此成为电力行业自动控制研究的热点问题。详细研究和分析了球磨机制粉系统的工作原理及工作特点,对钢球磨中储式制粉系统的数学模型和实现自动控制的技术方案进行了比较全面的综述,对各控制方法的优缺点、适用性、控制效果等等进行了详细地分析和比较,并指出多变量智能解耦控制技术是解决该系统自动控制的有效手段。

Abstract:Coal-pulverizing systems with ball mill and storage banker have characteristis of strong coupling , nonlinearity, time-varying systems, and great changes in operating condition s. The automatic control problem has been studied for a long period but it is st ill unsolved. It introduces the characteristic and principle of coal-pulverizin g systems with ball mill in detail. Mathematic modeling and several advanced con trol techniques of such systems are analyzed and compared with each other. Advan tages, disadvantages and adaptations of these control methods are described. It is pointed out that intelligen t multivariable decoupling control technology is an effective tool to solve the automatic problem of coal-pulverizing systems with ball mill.
