基于二次型优化空调PID-DDC系统控制器参数

摘    要:讨论了整定PID控制系统控制器的优化参数问题。用泰勒级数展开特征方程,按线性系统从分析空调控制系统的稳定性入手,应用二次型性能指标解控制器参数最佳问题,并通过加权优化方法,导出整定计算公式。根据空调控制系统的实测数椐,计算出保证系统稳定性的参数范围并整定优化PID参数。用单位阶跃响应曲线法求出控制系统的控制品质指标、最大百分超调量和调整时间。比较在相同优化PD参数和按不同加权因子整定优化积分时间的控制品质指标并进行脉冲扰动分析。

Abstract:The problem of setting the optimal PID parameters of the controller is discussed.The characteristic equation is extent by Taylor series.From the start of analysing the stability of the airconditioning control system according to linear system the calculating formulas of the optimal PID parameters is inferred by the quadratic form performance index to solve the parameters optimal question of the controller and the weightel optimal method.According to the real measuring system data of the control system of the airconditioning,the parameter ranges of ensuring system stability are calculated and the PID parameters is set.The control quality indexes of the control system,the maximum percent overshoot and the regulated time are found by the unit step responsive cure method.The control quality indexes under the same optimal PD parameters and the different integral time set by the different weighted factor are compared and the impulse disturbance analyse is given.
