| 摘 要： | 流程工业是国民经济发展的重要支柱 ,流程工业现代集成制造系统 (CIMS)是提高流程工业竞争力的重要高技术之一 ,是工业自动化领域的前沿课题。提出了适合流程企业实现扁平化管理模式的基于经营计划系统 (BPS) /制造执行系统 (MES) /过程控制系统 (PCS)三层结构的CIMS ,并分别阐述了BPS、MES、PCS的功能及关键核心技术的发展方向 |

| Abstract: | Process industry is important to develop national economy. Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS) is one of the high techniques to improve process industry competitive power and the advanced topic in the industry automation field.In this paper, the three layers CIMS based on BPS/MES/PCS is brought forward, which fits in with the flat management pattern of process enterprise. And the BPS, MES, PCS function is expounded. |
