基于差分进化算法的罩式炉优化调度与应用

摘    要:提出基于启发式的仿真技术对罩式炉退火车间的生产过程进行了模拟,针对优化调度目标提出一种改进的差分进化算法对装炉计划进行组合优化,算法采用交叉率自适应变化,在进化的不同阶段分别提高算法的全局搜索能力和局部搜索能力。通过现场实际生产数据验证了所提出方法的有效性,提高了冷轧薄板退火生产工序的生产效率。

Abstract:The differential evolution algorithms with adaptive crossover rate is proposed to optimize the charging order of bell-type annealing shop,which is based on the simulation of batch annealing by using discrete-event simulation technology.Through the adaptive change of crossover rate,the global and local searching ability of the algorithm is enhanced in the different iteration period of evolution.The validation of algorithm with the practical data in the workshop shows that the production efficiency of cold ro...
