大型火力发电厂监控系统的研发与应用

摘    要:介绍了采用FIX组态软件平台而研发的火力发电厂计算机监控系统。所研发的监控软件,不仅实现了发电生产过程信息的采集、处理和监控,而且提供了故障诊断与报警,自动生成生产报表,实现了监控和数据采集(SCADA)系统与发电厂管理系统的集成。此外,研究开发的事件顺序记录(SOE)系统能快速准确地判断跳合闸顺序,分析出事故发生的原因。该监控系统在清河发电厂的成功应用表明系统结构设计合理,功能完善,可靠性高。

Abstract:This paper introduces a supervisory control system based on the FIX platform in the coal-fired power plant. The developed software not only realizes information acquisition,processing and monitoring of electrical generation process but also provides failure-diagnosis alarm system, producing reports,and integration of SCADA and MIS. In addition, SOE system is developed which can quickly distinguish the sequence of switch events, then gives the reasons of failure. The successful application of this supervisory control system in Qinghe Power Plant indicates it has rational structure, complete functions and high reliability.
