人工多细胞模型的构建及实验

摘    要:鉴于多细胞组织具有行为多样性以及自适应生长能力,在已有的细胞模拟工作的基础上,提出了可以用于信息处理的人工多细胞模型。该模型以模拟环境和多细胞动态分布式系统作为模型的核心,细胞间联系借助于化学物质的反应扩散过程。结合遗传算法,应用人工多细胞模型设计了自主机器人的导航控制器。在机器人导航控制的仿真实验中获得了多种控制结构的具有避碰、漫游能力的机器人,实验结果验证了模型的可行性、有效性。

Abstract:Inspired by various dynamic behaviors and adaptive growth of the biologic tissue, an artificial multicultural model for information processing on the foundation of the research of cells simulation is proposed. The dynamic multicultural distributed system and the simulative environment are the two core constitutions of the model, and the means of communicating among cells in this model is chemical reaction-diffusion. Then the navigation controller of autonomous robot by using the model and genetic algorithm is designed. In the simulation experimentation of robot navigation control, many robots of different control structure are obtained, which have the ability of touring in a maze without collision. The model is feasible and valid according to the experiment.
