炼钢连铸动态智能调度系统的研究与开发

摘    要:介绍了炼钢连铸生产调度系统研究现状,叙述炼钢连铸生产流程,并指出其动态调度的难点。提出了炼钢连铸动态智能调度系统的软件结构、功能结构和技术架构,并提出了人机协调、多种方法的组舍、四维一体的综合集成方案。最后把该方案应用到某钢铁企业的炼钢连铸调度系统中,得到了很好的应用效果。

Abstract:The current status of steelmaking and continuous casting schedule system are reviewed. The workflow of steelmaing and continuous casting production process are intredueed. And the main difficulties of dynamic scheduling are pointed out. The software framework, function framework, technology framework of steelmaking and continuous casting dynamic intelligence scheduling system are presented. A scheme of synthetic integrating dynamic schedule with man-machine interactive is proposed. Finally, the scheme is applied to steelmaking and continuous casting schedule system of iron and steel enterprises, and good results are obtained.
