单神经元自适应PID控制器及其应用

摘    要:研究了单神经元自适应PID控制器,阐述了该控制器的特点、控制律、适用对象及工程整定方法,在和利时公司的SmartPro系统平台上开发出单神经元自适应PID控制器,进行了单神经元自适应PID控制器的典型一、二阶对象闭环仿真,最终将单神经元自适应PID控制器应用于制药厂发酵罐温度控制回路中。单神经元控制器具有可调参数少、易于整定、控制输出平稳、鲁棒性强的独特优点,适用于大滞后且要求平稳控制输出的工业过程。

Abstract:The single neuron adaptive PID controller is discussed,including its main features, such as the characteristics,the control law, the application condition, and the parament adjustment etc.The single neuron adaptive PID controller on the SmartPro DCS platform of Hollysys is developed. The simulations of the single neuron adaptive PID in complex object close loop is given. The proposed single neuron adaptive PID is applied into the temperature control loop of ferment kettle at a pharmacy plant successfully. It is verified that this controller has few adjustable paraments and excellent robustness performance,and it can restrain the process time-delay effectively.
