串行通信在工业运动控制系统中的应用

介绍了在VB环境中实现串行通信的技术和动态链接库的功能。由于VB中ActiveX控件（MSComm）提供了使用RS-232进行通信的所有协议和标准的事件处理函数、过程、属性和方法．且巧妙地将复杂的Windows编程封装起来，从而使编程简单，易于实现。对于实时系统．为了达到数据采集的实时性、准确性，采用调用DLL的方法，对数据采集卡进行读操作。介绍了在工业运动控制系统中，工业PC机与测力显示仪进行串行通信以及利用动态连接库对温度进行数据采集的方法。实践证明，使用动态链接库进行数据采集和使用MSComm控件进行串行通信，可以保证运动控制系统的实时性、准确性。

Serial Communication and Its Application to Industrial Motion Control Systems

Technique of serial communication realized by VB and the functions of the dynamic link library(DLL)is introduced.MSComm supplies standard event handling functions,processes,properties and methods for RS-232 serial communication protocol and realizes the capsulation of program in windows.Then the program is simplified and easily realized.As for the real-time system,in order to assure the properties of real-time and veracity of the data collection,the way of using program of DLL is used to read the data acquisition card.The serial communication between the industrial PC and dynamometry displayer is realized,and DLL is used to sample the data of the temperature in the industrial motion control system.The practical result shows that the data acquisition using DLL and the serial communication using MSComm can assure the real-time and the veracity of the motion control system.
