摘    要:为保证核聚变实验装置HL-2A的大功率磁场电源系统的正常可靠运行,电源逻辑与控制保护系统采用了以西门子可编程序控制器(PLC)为核心的设计方案.此系统由2台上位监控机、1个PLC主站和4个由ET200M组成的子站构成,通过Profibus现场总线通讯,软件采用西门子STEP7和WinCC组态软件.给出了大功率电源控制系统的控制要求、功能和工作原理以及系统PLC硬件构成图和软件流程框图,总结了系统研制中一些实际问题的解决办法.该系统实现了电源运行的自动控制、状态监测、系统管理及故障诊断和事故保护报警等功能,已研制调试完毕,并正式投入运行.应用结果表明,该系统设计合理,运行稳定可靠,较好地满足了物理实验对电源控制的要求.
