利用电子钱包的公正支付系统

提出了一种利用电子钱包的公正支付系统，用户在银行有一个和身份相联系的个人帐号，在所持的电子鲆包中有一个和身份没有联系的匿名帐号。用户在银行提款时，将钱从他的个人帐号转到电子钱包中的匿名帐号，而不泄露个人帐号和匿名帐号的联系，以后用匿名帐号支付。

A FAIR PAYMENT SYSTEM BY ELECTRONIC WALLET

In this paper, a fair payment system by electronic wallet is given. Every user has a personal account in bank which is correlated with his identification, and also has an anonymous account in an electronic wallet held by himself, which is irrelative to his identification. When withdrawing from the bank, the user transfers his money from the personal account to his anonymous account without revealing the correspondence between them. The money in the anonymous account will be used to payment afterward. So the system can effectively protect the privacy of legal users. For fair, there is a trusted third party in the system, called the trustee, who knows the correspondence between the user's personal account and anonymous account, can remove the anonymity with the help of bank, and prevents money laundering and black mailing.
