以OOEDB为核心的集成化CAD/CAPP/CAM 系统GS-ICCC的设计与实现

ＧＳ－ＩＣＣＣ是一个以自行研制开发的面向对象工程数据库管理系统ＯＳＣＡＲ为核心的集成化ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＰＰ／ＣＡＭ系统，它的主要特点是按照ＳＴＥＰ标准在全局产品数据模型基础上实现ＣＡＤ，ＣＡＰＰ，ＣＡＭ的信息集成，本文围绕着这一原则介绍了ＧＳ－ＩＣＣＣ的系统总体结构，ＯＳＣＡＲ功能组织，全局产品数据建模框架以系统集成的设计与实现。

THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GS-ICCC: AN INTEGRATED CAD/CAPP/CAM SYSTEM BASED ON OOEDB

GS-ICCC is an integrating CAD/CAPP/CAM system based on OSCARwhich is object-oriented engineering database management system developed by theZhejiang University. The major feature of the system is the implementation ofinformation integration in CAD,CAPP and CAM based on an unified product datamodel according to the STEP standard. The paper discusses the importance ofinformation integrating in CAD,CAPP and CAM systems and studies the theory andpractice of STEP-based CAD/CAPP/CAM system. It presents GS-ICCC totalstructure and system integration principle based on STEP,O-O data managementand unified product data model. It also describes OSCAR system structure andfunction organization, unified product data modelling expression and exchangement,modelling method based on feature framework, distributed application environmentand system integrating control interface. Finally the paper briefly introduces thedeveloping procedure of GS-ICCC and its application in aerospace, engineering,electronics, shipbuilding and other industry.
