摘    要:元件替换是工农业和日常生活中经常使用的一种诊断方法,文中结合基于模型诊断理论,对元件的替换测试进行了研究,提出了元件替换与替换测试的概念,并以此为基础对诊断的判定与故障元件的确定进行了探索,证明了关于替换测试用于故障原因判定的几个定理。文中的研究结果可以帮助选择欲替换的元件,提高诊断效率,并可以将测试同修复结合来,使系统尽快恢复正常功能。

Abstract:Test is a kind of Model based Diagnosis process. There may be some problems such as unavailable test or too high cost in the existing theories of test. Component replacing is a diagnostic method which is often used in industrial and agricultural productions and daily routines, and may overcome these shortcomings. Based on Reiter's diagnostic theories, this paper investigates into the replacement tests of component by combining component replacing with the theories of Model based Diagnosis, proposes the concept of component replacing and replacement test, and explores the discrimination of diagnoses and the determination of faulty components. The paper shows several theorems of replacement test which are used in the discrimination of faulty causes. These results can help select the components to be replaced, improve the effectiveness of diagnosing, and restores the normal functions of the system being diagnosed as quickly as possible by combining testing with repairing.
