| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了北京市规划委员会在建立了GIS和MIS两种跨平台的大型数据库后，如何综合利用Oracle,SDE和MO实现跨平台、跨数据库的系统集成工作，实现了规划管理信息系统“图文一体化”的设计目标。
