| 摘 要： | 对白车身焊装过程中小样本采样误差进行了研究，提出了一种基于蒙特卡罗仿真的小样本采样误差的量化方法。通过与数理统计理论中采样误差的量化结果进行对比，验证了提出的蒙特卡罗仿真方法量化采样误差的正确性。

| Abstract: | It is an important problem to estimate the sampling error of small sample during the course of BIW assembly. A method based on Monte Carlo simulation was proposed in the article. Applying the method to estimate the sampling error during the course of body-in-white assembly quality evaluation proved its effectiveness. Its validity was proved by the result obtained from classical statistical theory. |
