油库仿真系统设计

摘    要:当前,随着科学技术的高速发展,各行业的自动化程度都有了很大程度的提高。油库作为石油化工领域不可或缺的重要组成部分,它的自动化程度也亟待提高,研制油库的仿真系统成为当前的一项新课题。该文介绍了油库仿真系统的构成和功能。在设计过程中,使用VC 来编制计算程序,根据已建立的各种数学模型对油库管道系统的动态过程参数进行计算;同时使用工业组态软件——“组态王”来制作图形界面和建立数据库,将数据库中的变量与图形界面中的各图元相连接,通过实时更新数据库来驱动画面。虽然该系统目前还仅局限于教学,但是,在教学上使用成熟之后,会逐渐地应用于油库现场。

Abstract:At present, with the rapid development of science and technology, the level of automation in every field is improved to high degree. As tank farm is an indispensable and important component of petrochemical industry, its level of automation also needs to be improved. So we begin to develop the simulation system of tank farms. This article introduces the structure and function of the system. During designing the system, we used VC++ to design a calculating program, namely, the simulation engine, which calculates the dynamic parameters of the pipe system in tank farms according to the mathematical models that have been built. At the same time, we also used a kind of industry configuration software, KINGVIEW6.0, to make graphical interfaces, build a database, and then connect the variables of the database and the graphical units of the graphical interfaces. Through updating the database in real time, the simulation engine can drive the graphical interfaces. Although this system is still restricted to teaching now, it will be used in tank farms after the simulation system is applied in teaching successfully.
