油田超深井环境仿真系统的一体化模型研究

摘    要:油田超深井环境仿真系统是对用于超深井的射孔器材进行高温超高压检测的试验装置,其加热装置由于超高压的特殊工艺条件以及多层介质的复合传热过程,使得超高压釜内油温的控制变得十分复杂。该文采用分布——集中混合建模方法,建立了油田超深井环境仿真系统的一体化非稳态传热数学模型,通过计算机仿真,分析了其温度场的分布状况,为釜内油温的高精度控制方案的设计和系统操作提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Simulation system of oil field super-deep well environment is the test equipment for testing super-deep well perforator. Due to the special technical requirements of super-high pressure condition and the composite heat transfer process in multi-layer medium , the control of oil temperature in the super-high pressure kettle, the system's heating device. Becomes very complicated by using distributing--concentrating composite modeling approach, the integrative unsteady state heat transfer mathematics model of simulation system for oil field super-deep well environment is set up. By the computer simulation and analyzing the temperature filed distribution, the references for designing the highly accurate control of oil temperature in kettle and the operation system are provided.
