基于ADAMS动力学仿真参数设置的研究

摘    要:在ADAMS动力学仿真过程中,针对同样的模型没置不同的仿真参数,其仿真结果都不相同,甚至出现仿真失败的现象。该文根据动力学数值计算流程,对于不同的积分器以及积分格式作了比较研究,分析了不同积分器和积分格式的优缺点和适用场合,并对动力学仿真中其它参数设置作了介绍,针对动力学仿真过程中几种常见的仿真失败进行了原因分析并提出解决措施,并通过具体的实例对.卜述分析进行说明,最后提出了基于ADAMS动力学仿真参数设置一般步骤和原则,为获得最佳仿真效果奠定了基础,具有一定的理论价值。

Abstract:During the dynamic simulation of ADAMS, different results can be achieved by different parametersettings. Based on the process of the numerical calculation for dynamics, a comparison research among different integrators and their formulations is proceed, which tells the merits, demerits and the use -occasions of both. Also an introduction about the other integrator - settings for dynamic simulation is explained, the causes are given of the failures for the dynamic simulation are analyzed and some remedies for each failure. To testify the truth of the analysis, an actual example is specified. At last, the ecumenical approaches and principles of the parameter - settings for the dynamic simulation based on ADAMS are brought forward, which are the basis for the best simulation results.
