| 摘 要： | 该文分别介绍了联合制动系统的两部分———湿式多片盘式制动器和液力减速器的概念及工作原理 ;考虑车辆的旋转质量换算系数、传动效率、滑移率、制动力系数等影响因素 ,建立湿式多片盘式制动器和液力减速器联合制动的数学模型 ;利用MATLAB的SIMULINK仿真模块 ,研究联合制动的车辆制动性能 ,并与只用湿式多片盘式制动器的车辆制动性能对比 ,得出相关的结论。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the concepts and working principles of the two parts of the united brake system-wet multdisc brake and hydraulic retarder. It sets up a math model of the united brake system on thinking of the influence of the coefficient of the revolving mass changes to linear mass, the efficiency of transmission, the efficiency of slippage and the coefficient of brake force. It uses the simulation module named SIMULINK belong to the software named MATLAB to research the capability of the vehicle making use the united brake system. Compared with the capability of the vehicle only using the wet multdisc brake, we can get some conclusions. |
