光伏电池输出特性与最大功率跟踪的仿真分析

摘    要:该文根据光伏电池的工程数学模型,提出一种利用MATLAB软件包中的Simulation模块直接模拟光伏电池工作状况的方法,该仿真模型能准确反映光伏电池的输出特性,而且参数调节方便。文章主要对不同负载、模型内部参数变化和日照强度变化条件下光伏电池输出的特性进行了研究,得到了光伏电池输出特性变化的一般规律。数据分析结果表明,光伏电池的输出特性呈非线性。光伏电池输出功率随外部环境或内部参数的变化而发生改变,其最大值只在满足特定条件下的某一点才可能出现。基于导纳增量法,利用BOOSTDC/DC变换电路实现了光伏电池输出的最大功率跟踪,其控制算法用S函数编程实现。

Abstract:A novel method for simulating the work status of the PV cells using normal modules offered by the MATLAB software package is presented in this paper. The PV model is built according as the mathematic model used for the engineering application, which can describe the output features of the PV cells exactly. The most parameters in the model can be adjusted expediently. The different output features are researched when the load, the inside parameters and the insolation are changed respectively, and the general rules of the output characteristic of PV cells are received. It's proved that the output characteristic of PV cells is non - linear. The output power of the PV cells varies with the change of the external conditions or the inside parameters. The maximum power point is arrived just only when the special conditions are met. Based on the increment conductance method, the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) of the PV cells is realized using the BOOST DC/DC converter. The control algorithm for the MPPT is realized by the S function that is written by the authors. The simulation results validate the feasibility of the algorithm.
