基于回归正交试验设计的弹翼结构优化设计

摘    要:如何在设计空间域中寻找翼型的最优尺寸,是优化导弹战术技术性能指标的有效有段.卷弧翼弹弹翼结构优化设计涉及到多因素多水平问题,采用回归正交试验设计方法可以有效地减少试验次数,并进而完成结构优化设计.文中通过回归正交试验设计方法建立了卷弧翼弹弹翼结构设计的一阶响应面模型,并进行了方差分析,采用SQP算法对有约束的非线性规化问题进行寻优计算,得到了翼型的一阶响应面模型的最优解.所采用的方法和思想也适用于一般导弹外形的结构优化设计.

Abstract:Searching the best size in the region of design space is an efficient means for optimizing the index of tactics and technique.Optimization design of missile fins with wrap around fins involves multiple factors with multiple levels,the regressive orthogonal design of experiments can reduce the number of the experiments and also achieve the optimizaed solution.First-order model of response surface methodology is constructed by regressive orthogonal design of experiments and its variance is analyzed.Optimization solution of first-order model of response surface methodology is searched by SQP(sequential quadratic programming) method.The methods are fit to the other optimization designs of shapes of missiles.
