摘    要:C4ISR系统是一类复杂大系统,如何有效的分析,研究和评估C4ISR系统一直是C4ISR系统研究领域里的一个难点;基于HLA的分布式仿真技术的发展为这一问题的解决提出了一个新的途径。该文结合我们正在研究的课题,提出了一种基于HLA的,通用的C4ISR系统仿真环境框架,该框架的实现将大大促进C4ISR系统的研制开发和作战使用研究。

Abstract:C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computing, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) System is a kind of complex systems. For this reason, it is difficult to study and develop the C4ISR system. We propose that the most effective, and possibly only viable way to study and develop concepts for such a complex system is by the use of one HLA-Based Simulation Environment (SE). This paper will discuss the motivation for this work, and describe the framework of the HLA-Based C4ISR SE. In order to improve the development of C4ISR system, we will support this framework in the coming study.
