摘    要:为了解决引进车型零部件试制开发中出现的国外引进台架试验规范的不适应性问题,以某轿车后桥为研究对象,采用数值仿真与试验相结合的方法,通过计算机仿真,对后桥进行了应力应变分析及疲劳分析,同时,进行道路应变采集及分析,结合计算机仿真与道路试验隋况,对原有的台架试验标准进行修改,采用改进后台架试验标准的试验结果与道路试验破坏情况取得了基本一敛的效果.通过计算机仿真技术与试验技术的结合,帮助企业快速地解决了实际问题,大大缩短了开发周期,提高台架试验规范的适应性,促进了企业自主试验开发.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of inadaptability of the foreign rig test specification for localized component evaluation, this article applies a method of digital simulation technology combined with test to focus on one rear axle. Firstly the strain and stress analysis of the rear axle is worked out by the computer simulation, and then the fatigue analysis is done. At mean time, the road strain data acquisition is finished. Some correction of the original rig test specification is made by combining these results of computer simulation with road test. According to the new test specifications, the rig test failure mode is basically consistent with the road test. With the application of the computer simulation and test technology, it helps the enterprise to solve the practical problems quickly, largely shortens the development period, and improves the adaptability of rig test specifications and the ability of independent test development of the enterprise.
