飞参记录数据计算机处理的有关问题研究

摘    要:飞参记录仪因电子系统的工作特点,会产生一些数据失真、丢失等非正常数据情况.用计算机进行飞参数据批量自动处理时,必须要准确判断、去伪存真,才能保证飞参数据的真实可靠.通过分析大量飞参数据,总结出用计算机编程进行非真实数据处理的一些有效的判断条件及处理方法,探讨了对不同采样率参数进行数据补充的处理方法.以实际飞行数据为基础,比较了不同采样率载荷数据对疲劳损伤计算结果的影响,为飞参记录仪的设计、改进及地面处理提供依据.研究表明,疲劳损伤计算结果随载荷采样率增大而增大,为保证疲劳损伤计算结果的真实可靠,法向过载采样率应该大于4.

Abstract:As an electronic data acquisition system, flight data recorder may inevitably suffer from data misreporting, distortion or other abnormal data. To ensure data analysis reliable when automatically batch processed by computer,recorded flight data must be judged from their reality and defective data repaired. Based on analysis of huge amount of flight data, authors summed up the characters of defective data,set up some criteria for judging and explored some effective methods for recovering needed data including the method to fill data for parameters with lower sampling rate. The results of calculated fatigue damage show a clear influence of data sampling rate: fatigue damage increases with sampling rate within a certain range, to ensure calculated fatigue damage reliable, the sampling rate for normal acceleration must be at least greater than 4. The results are useful for design or improvement of flight data recorder, and for reliable data processing.
