自然环境输电线及绝缘子覆冰状态多维度评估

摘    要:自然环境中输电线覆冰情况复杂,传统输电线状覆冰状态评估方法指标单一,评估结果不全面,导致评估效率与精度较差,提出输电线及绝缘子覆冰状态多维度评估方法。分析覆冰类型及形成条件,定义影响覆冰程度相关指标的权重值,获得输电线覆冰状况对环境、人员及经济的影响程度参数。计算出各区域输电线绝缘子水平、垂直荷载量及覆冰厚度,给出覆冰状态计算函数,完成输电线覆冰状态多维度评估。实验结果表明,所提方法评估结果符合实际情况,耗时低于传统方法。

Abstract:The traditional evaluation method of icing condition of transmission line has single index and incomplete evaluation result,leading to poor evaluation efficiency and accuracy.Therefore,a multi-dimensional evaluation method for icing condition of transmission lines and insulators was proposed in this work.The types and conditions of icing were analyzed,the weight values of the relevant indicators affecting the icing degree were defined,and the influence degree parameters of icing condition on environment,personnel and economy of transmission lines were obtained.The horizontal and vertical loads and icing thickness of transmission line insulators in each region were calculated,and the icing state calculation function was given,completing the multi-dimensional evaluation of transmission line icing state.The results show that the evaluation results of this method are close to the actual situation,and the time consumption is low.
