大客车动力性和燃油经济性的计算机模拟

摘    要:针对客车动力匹配设计中,经常出现试验车的油耗值偏大、动力性偏低的问题,进行了分析.利用Lagrange插值、最小二乘法和线性回归等原理,建立了发动机发动机外特性、万有特性、被动式空调损失功率、消声器损失功率、冷却系统损失功率和非稳定工况发动机性能修正模型.运用Matlab软件,开发了大客车动力性与燃油经济性较为精确的计算机模拟程序,并以YBL6980C03型客车为实例,进行了程序运算,程序计算结果与试验结果基本一致,达到了对大客车动力性与燃油经济性预估的目的,加快了产品开发的速度,降低了产品开发的成本.

Abstract:In some matching engines designed for test buses, high oil consumption value and low vehicle dynamic characteristics sometimes happen. According to the Lagrange interpolation, the least square and linear reqression principles, the engine full -load performance model,the universal characteristic curve model,the passive air conditioning power loss model, the muffler power loss model, the cool system power loss model and the non - stable engine operating performance model are established in this paper. Moreover, fuel economy and vehicle dynamic simulation software have been developed using matlab software. The new computed result is consistent with the test result on the YBL6980C03 bus.
