离心泵叶轮内流场的计算机仿真

摘    要:离心泵由于其复杂的几何结构,所以内流场结构也极其复杂,呈强烈三维紊流特性.在目前的理论水平与实验条件下.只有依靠精确的计算机仿真,才能获得其内流场的详细分布.文中通过求解三维紊流N-S方程、利用标准紊流模型封闭方程组,运用多重网格法、残差光顺等加速收敛技术,对一低比速离心泵叶轮进行了仿真计算.得到的计算结果与实验值吻合,证明了文中所用模拟方法的正确性;在此基础上详细观察、分析了其内流场特性,得到了其流速与压力分布规律,并捕获到了二次流现象.

Abstract:Because of the complicated geometrical structure, the inner flow-field of centrifugal pump is very complicated too, the flow-field has strongly 3-D and turbulence characteristic.
