短特型喷管三维型面气动优化设计

摘    要:以某型冲压发动机的喷管为研究对象,为进一步提高发动机的推力,采用双圆弧法建立了短特型喷管的物理模型.以发动机推力为优化目标,利用自动优化平台,集成了参数化建模和喷管流场数值模拟,并运用ASA和SQP组合优化策略对喷管的内型面进行气动优化,优化后,发动机轴向推力提高了1.16%,从而改善了冲压发动机的性能.对优化前后喷管的扩张损失进行了比较和验证,证明优化结果是可信的.优化结果表明:通过对喷管型面进行组合优化可以提高发动机的推力,这种方法十分有效,能够快速获得最优解,可用于喷管的优化设计.

Abstract:Taking the ramjet engine nozzle as the research subject,in order to improve the thrust of the engine,double-arc technology was used to establish a physical model of length-shorted nozzle.Taking the engine thrust as the optimized goal,the model of parameter and the numerical simulation of the nozzle flow-field have been integrated using the auto-optimizing platform,and using the strategy of combining ASA with SQP to optimize the nozzle internal-contour.After the optimization,the thrust has increased by 1.16%...
