摘    要:针对电厂过热汽温被控对象具有大惯性、大滞后特性且对象参数随负荷变化较大等因素,该文提出了一种基于多模型的自适应串级控制方案,在若干不同的工况点建立对象棋型并设计出相应的控制器,根据运行工况选择相应的控制器,从而实现全工况运行的自适应控制。主调节器采用内模控制器,可以克服对象情性区的时滞特性,副调节器采用比例控制器,可以快速消除系统的内部扰动。针对某超临界600MW直流锅炉过热汽温系统,对该文给出的控制方案进行了仿真试验,仿真结果表明,所提出的控制方案在跟踪性、抗干扰性和鲁棒性方面得到了很好的兼顾,实现了系统全工况运行的满意控制。

Abstract:The superheated steam temperature is a big-inertial and big-lagged process; moreover, its dynamic behavior varies widely on the different operating conditions. In this paper, a new adaptive cascade control strategy based multi-model is presented. According to the operating conditions over which the control system is expected to operate, a set of linear models is developed and the controllers associated with each model are designed. By means of choosing a appropriate pair of controllers (main and sub controllers) at the different load operating scope, the multi-pair controllers can satisfy the control performance specifications over the entire operating conditions of the plant. The main loop adopts IMC (internal model control) because of its straightforward handling of time-delay, and the sub loop adopts conventional P control. The simulated example, a supercritical once-through 600MW boiler's superheated temperature control system, shows that the proposed control system has better adaptive capability over the entire operating conditions and it is minimal in overshoot, fast in response and robust.
