薄带连铸熔池液位的模糊控制

摘    要:薄带连铸中熔池液位的波动是影响铸带质量的主要问题之一。首先根据工艺过程以及薄带连铸机的几何关系,推导了熔池液位的波动模型。通过分析这个带有耦合、非线性、时变因素的系统,提出了带有补偿的模糊PID控制器,并给出了PID控制器和模糊控制器的设计过程以及补偿算法。采用Matlab对系统进行了仿真,通过与PID、模糊PID的仿真结果进行比较,可知这种控制器在控制模型变化以及结晶辊转速和辊缝发生变化时,都具有很好的控制效果,并且这种控制器还可以增强系统的稳定性及鲁棒性。

Abstract:In strip casting, the molten steel level fluctuation is one of the most important factors which influences the quality of strip surface. First, the fluctuation model is derived according to technics and geometric relation of the pool. Based on analyzing this coupled nonlinear and time varying system,a fuzzy-PID with compensation controller (FPCC) is proposed. The design of the Fuzzy and PID controllers and compensation arithmetic are given in detail. The simulations are achieved using Matlab. . The simulation results using FPCC are compared with the results using PID or Fuzzy-PID controllers when model and casting speed and gap change. It is demonstrated that the system performance is excellent and it is more stable and robust.
