摘    要:主汽压和床温是循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)燃烧控制系统中两个重要的控制指标,直接影响着锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。常规PID控制大多采用人工凑试法来调整PID控制器参数,结果往往耗时且难以实现燃烧系统的实时控制。为了实现燃烧系统的实时控制,提出了一种改进遗传算法优化PID控制器参数的控制方案。在控制过程中,先利用前馈补偿解耦法对主汽压和床温进行解耦,再采用改进遗传PID控制器对两个对象进行独立控制。仿真结果分析表明,与常规PID控制相比,改进遗传算法优化PID控制器参数的控制方案可以有效地改善循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统的动态性能、稳定性能以及快速性能,并提高系统的控制品质。

Abstract:The main steam pressure and bed temperature are two important control indexes in the combustion control system of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler(CFBB),which directly affect the safety and economy of the boiler operation.The conventional PID controller usually uses manual method to adjust the parameters of the PID controller,which results in time-consuming and difficult to realize real-time control.In order to realize the real-time control of the combustion system,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the parameters of the PID controller in this paper.In the process of the control,the feed-forward compensation decoupling method is first used to decouple the main steam pressure and bed temperature,and then the improved genetic PID controller is used to control the two objects independently.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional PID control,the improved genetic algorithm for optimizing the parameters of the PID controller can effectively improve the dynamic performance,stability and fast performance of the CFB boiler combustion system,and as well as the control quality of the system.
