摘    要:在飞机燃油系统方案设计阶段,快速准确地确定特定油面角和剩余油量情况下的燃油液面位置是判断燃油系统设计方案在重心方面可行性的关键环节。针对最大截面位于重心附近的飞机油箱中燃油液面位置的确定,提出了基于重心处截面面积计算分割步长,通过与燃油液面保持平行的分割平面对燃油实体模型进行分割,通过设置精度阈值控制分割精度的燃油液面位置确定方法。以某型无人机机翼油箱为仿真对象,仿真验证表明上述方法在保证计算精度的情况下,确定燃油液面位置的效率明显优于定步长切片法。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够在飞机燃油系统方案设计阶段,提高燃油液面位置的确定精度和效率,进而提高判断设计方案在重心方面可行性的精度和效率。

Abstract:In the design phase of the aircraft fuel system,a quick and accurate determination of the fuel level position under the specific angle of fuel level and the remaining fuel quantity is the key link to determine the feasibility of the fuel system design in terms of the center of gravity.In order to determine the fuel level position in the aircraft fuel tank with the largest cross section near the center of gravity,a method was proposed which mainly based on the cross-sectional area at the center of gravity to calculate the segmentation step size,the fuel solid model was segmented by a segmentation plane parallel to the fuel level,and the segmentation accuracy was controlled by setting an accuracy threshold.Taking the wing fuel tank of a certain UAV as the simulation object,the simulation verification shows that this method can ensure the accuracy of calculation,meanwhile determine the position of fuel level,and its efficiency is obviously higher than the slice method with a fixed step size.The simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the accuracy and efficiency of determining the fuel level position in the design phase of the aircraft fuel system,and further improve the accuracy and efficiency of determining the feasibility of the design in terms of the center of gravity.
